Trust in the court and the legal proceedings are the main criteria of justice.
Ukrainians have long felt the thirst for justice. That is why they count on the establishment of the rule of law in the courts, which are obliged to fairly and impartially and timely consider and resolve court cases in compliance with the principles and rules of the legal procedure.
But it must be honestly acknowledged that the issue of justice is not just a matter for the courts. This is a question for each of us. Both the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which must produce quality legislation, and the Government, which must properly implement it, and the courts, which must administer justice and make fair decisions.
Therefore, on the Day of Court Employees, I would like to wish to administer justice in the name of Ukraine fairly and competently, guided by the principle of the rule of law and subject only to the law.
I wish you fruitful work, professional success and achievements for the benefit of the people and the state.
